I have complained constantly about tenants smoking in one of Fame non smoking homes to no avail to the Manager of the house She does remind tenants of rules Yet I smell smoke EVERYDAY Im at the house on S Western Ave I and other tenants share Everyone is aware of the non smoking rule Upstairs and downstairs tenants blatantly smoke cigarettes Everyone signed 2019-04-07T18:21:15Z
I have complained constantly about tenants smoking in one of Fame non smoking homes to no avail to the Manager of the house She does remind tenants of rules Yet I smell smoke EVERYDAY Im at the house on S Western Ave I and other tenants share Everyone is aware of the non smoking rule Upstairs and downstairs tenants blatantly smoke cigarettes Everyone signed an agreement to NOT smoke in the lease agreement yet ignore itdaily I have sprayed Fabreeze and other odor neutralizing methods Cigarette butts are scattered on the property exposing disregard to rules upkeep of property and second hand smoke FAME is out for money and will accept people with behavioral issues that make terrible tenants to live with I and other tenants complained about filth mold rodents and illegal drug activities in the home on S Western Ave to the Health Department and ONLY then did FAME resolve some of the unacceptable living conditions But that was last year in 2018 This is April 2019 The smoking is worse NOW with new tenants smokingand in the next room I am NOT renewing my lease in May 2019 If youre a decent person BEWARE OF FAME HOUSING more ... hide ...
