Let me first start off by saying the staff is lovely at Academy Village this review is in no way directed at them I have a genuine question for the owners of this property How many times in a calendar year does an elevator need to break for you to realize you need to fix or replace the elevator Ive lived here about 16 months and in that time the elevator next to my unit has been down a minimum of 25 times at some points being a literal weekly occurrence This is a generous estimate I really find it hard to believe the property owners will not replace the elevator for the residents in an apartment building this big and this expensivennevery time the elevator goes out I will update below noting how many times its gone out JUST since I left this review not to mention the 25 times in a yearn3
