My grandmother lived in the Miramar Towers for over 20 years and now my mother lives there The building is well managed and always kept clean The team who works there is like family from management to the custodial staff and security Recently there has been a lot of upgrades in each unit new appliances bathroom fixtures windows as well as construction around the building to improve the quality of the facility The parking lot was expanded there is now a garden behind the building and a nice walkway to give the seniors green space that they can enjoy A lot of activities and services are also offered for the wellbeing of the residents There are strict rules where each unit is inspected regularly to ensure that each unit is kept organized clean and is inhabitable We appreciate these procedures and protocols to ensure the building and units are kept up to quality standards During the pandemic it paid off because the residents were following strictly enforced protocols and there was no Covid breakout in the building which is a huge blessing especially because the residents are all considered vulnerable My family and my mother are extremely thankful to the Miramar Towers team and management who have done an incredible job in creating a safe friendly accommodating and clean environment for the senior residents Thank you more ... hide ...
