The location is close to LA Live and next door to the Ace Hotel I can walk everywhere Coffee shops across the street The units are nice The apartments have huge windows real hard wood floors and entertainers kitchen The building is historic but all modern conveniences such as Nest blue tooth I also like onsite secured parking Great place

The manager Kris is a joke Very unprofessional not trustworthy at all Our experience with this apartment was very bad I cant believe how a person can be so mean and disrespectful before I talk about professionalism or anything Be careful with this manager
