I lived there for almost a year The carpets are dirty Bathroom walls are FULL of MOLD and they just clean them and paint over them You will have severe allergiesnnNo pets Policy yet half of the residents have petsnnNo Smoke Policy and everywhere you walk between the apartments at the Evening time HAD TO SUFFER AND SMELL WEEDnnAlways has problem with door locks and you had to fix it under your expense even if the key broke inside the defaulted locknnNever cleaned the bathroom fans neither the ventilation system for the apartments which all connected together so you can enjoy the smell of the weed inside and outside your apartmentnnThe managers are rude when you ask for help maintenance or request anything from themnnEvery time trying to contact the management were busy call later or out for Lunch How professional is thatnnPool is always DIRTY Grills are always very DIRTYnnThe NOISE level in the alley and on the inside building is so over the top You will not be able to sleep until your neighbors decide they want to go to sleepnnThe turnover for the management office is so unprofessional And they are ALL always too busy to talk to you help you or fix your apartmentnnYou will pay ALL utilities at this building Youll pay approximately 40 dollars per person per month for Water sewer and Trash You will also pay your electricity and notice those buildings are not energy friendlynnFor your sanity and health please do not move into these aweful buildings The people working there dont care at all and they dont care to appropriately fix the apartment too they only care about landscapingnnthey make you come and take the tour in the morning or the afternoon when all the students at the school if you came in the evening you will see the actual communitynnDO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAYnnHorrible Horrible

youd think after twenty years living at this apartment youd be better respected and have at least a little consideration when things arent working out that theyd get done or at least figured out a little quicker And you better be related to the managers because it seems that this is a familial apartment building than your average person off the street place

youd think after twenty years living at this apartment youd be better respected and have at least a little consideration when things arent working out that theyd get done or at least figured out a little quicker And you better be related to the managers because it seems that this is a familial apartment building than your average person off the street place to live everyone seems to be related to one another here right down the line to the current managers And whats with this supposed lowincome rates when half the people here have like six cars to an apartment and the parking slots which are supposed to be one to an apartment are always being fought over or disappear after one leaves his assigned spot and dont trouble yourself telling the managers as itll fall on deaf ears especially now that theyre redoing the apartments and we now have to accommodate the workers with our parking spots since we live here rent free and dont have a say with that sarcasm We now have to shut up and appreciate that theyve now redone these now luxury apartments which will seemingly fall to gentrification and the rents will probably increase as I figure this wasnt done because the owner loves us tenants but sees more money and profits ahead with the newly refurbished buildings It was fun living here maybe the first few years but to those that never had anything in their life and think renting here is something to be proud of or like giving away their hard earned money then by all means spend the rest of your lives here me yeah Im sick of it

DO NOT RENT HERE Manager likes to play games and cause problems and prices for 1 bedrooms are never the same price to another in the same facility Manager likes to cause problems with you even though they are the ones at fault Its frequent for tenants to move out due to this and more
