Let me first start off by saying the staff is lovely at Academy Village this review is in no way directed at them I have a genuine question for the owners of this property How many times in a calendar year does an elevator need to break for you to realize you need to fix or replace the elevator Ive lived here about 16 months and in that time the elevator nex 2020-08-24T20:07:16Z
Let me first start off by saying the staff is lovely at Academy Village this review is in no way directed at them I have a genuine question for the owners of this property How many times in a calendar year does an elevator need to break for you to realize you need to fix or replace the elevator Ive lived here about 16 months and in that time the elevator next to my unit has been down a minimum of 25 times at some points being a literal weekly occurrence This is a generous estimate I really find it hard to believe the property owners will not replace the elevator for the residents in an apartment building this big and this expensivennevery time the elevator goes out I will update below noting how many times its gone out JUST since I left this review not to mention the 25 times in a yearn3 more ... hide ...

First of all I just want to say that staying here at grand view apartments has been nothing but the best Elizabeth has helped me so much throughout the entire process Never had ANY issues with her or the building Possibly some minor fixes such as laundry machines not working properly but thats very fixablennPeople saying negative comments its all about how t 2021-05-28T17:21:33Z
First of all I just want to say that staying here at grand view apartments has been nothing but the best Elizabeth has helped me so much throughout the entire process Never had ANY issues with her or the building Possibly some minor fixes such as laundry machines not working properly but thats very fixablennPeople saying negative comments its all about how the person LIVES When I first moved in the apartment was very clean and I was satisfied Elizabeth is a great building manager she is very professional Sure parking can be a little difficult but other than that the grand view apartments is a great choice if you are looking to move in Obviously it is Mcaurther park but no matter Grand view apartments will welcome your stay and have a great experiencenThank you Elizabeth the cleaning staff Always making sure that the floors and hallways are spot on She made my experience staying here the best more ... hide ...
