OMG I agree with the previous review 100 percent Because this place is a Gated Community I called the office to ask about delivery instructions for UPS drivers I wanted to send my mother gifts for her birthday coming up well before I could finish stating my question the manager who answered was abruptly interrupting me as I spoke She bombarded me with personal questions before she even heard my concerns If she had paid attention to my words she would know that she didnt need to ask who my mother isnThis isnt the first time this manager has been rude to me I was there once to visit and the manager chased me to the elevator stuck her arm out to stop the elevator from closing and harassed me to sign the guest book and questioned me rudely to tell her who I was there to seenThe employee employee mentioned in the above review who is described as having little man syndrome has also harassed me He has followed me around the building on multiple occasions in the past He has gawked and stared at me making me feel uncomfortablenMy mother has also stated that this woman has been rude to her on a few occasions The manager acted bothered by my mother when she went into the office to ask a question This woman needs to find another job where she will be happy or learn people skills if shes going to continue working in customer service Maybe take some anger management classes as well to help her manage her hostility towards what she gets paid to do more ... hide ...

Its quiet in my building possibly due to the cameras in the hallways and stair cases which I like It does need at least 23 more maintenance help per building The hallway and staircase walls and floor boards need to be deep cleaned Those areas are always dirty along with trash on the floor in the stair wells which really is due to the in considerate tenants w 2019-10-08T14:36:50Z

The complex is nice but the lady manager is extremely rude Its not a good place to invite guests If you have a dinner or event where more than one car will be arriving the extra cars have to park all the way at the mall Barely any spaces are provided for guest parking The male manager is super nice but idk whats wrong with the lady She makes guests feel extr 2018-10-06T22:55:03Z
