I have been living at Novato Bay Vista apartments over the last 3 years Its a great small community to live in Great location Very clean There is always 3 or 4 professional maintenance crew consistently providing service to residents Outside property always well maintained every time you call for maintenance the response time would be mostly within the same 2021-03-11T04:57:32Z
I have been living at Novato Bay Vista apartments over the last 3 years Its a great small community to live in Great location Very clean There is always 3 or 4 professional maintenance crew consistently providing service to residents Outside property always well maintained every time you call for maintenance the response time would be mostly within the same day Management and office staff very professionalnFor what we pay as rent and what we get back for that money there is no comparison Yes There is significant parking problem But not due to lack of parking space there is over 200 extra parking spaces available to use But here is the problem Every family own 26 cars and i seen some cars been parked there for an extended period of time just use as storage And the security company that patrols the property is good for nothing In my believe its a waste of money Simply few times a day theyll drive around and doing absolutely NOTHING They dont check the cars or mark the cars that its parked at the parking lot for a long period of time In reality they are there just because its required In my believe the parking problem can be resolved quickly But for some reason its not getting done In general Im pleased and grateful to live at Bay Vista ApartmentsnDanipal BetyordekomnThe picture Sunrise At Bay Vista more ... hide ...
