Up until last year my experience living at Piedmont apartment was fine The tenants did not have to wait 3 months for their work order to be fixed The previous managers would give you a time frame of when they would be able to get to your work order but not this crew they dont say a word and the office workers never know anything at all which is unbelievabl 2021-02-13T04:48:43Z

Property Manager is bias and doesnt like African Americans Shes very sneaking and loved to enter property many times during the month I lived there for 5 years next to a Sex offender and she treated him better nIf you move in and she dont like you its pretty much bad from there on out She wont accept your rent unless its all of it and she create rules as time goes on to make it harder for black families nShe discriminate on African American kids by threatening parents with lease violations if she see toddles ride scooters in the courtyard She let Asians and other race ride their scooter in the courtyard without any issues Bottomline if you move there stay to yourself try not to be a day later on your rent because of you do youll have a past or vacate notice but the 6th even if its your first time being late in 4 years The maintenance person is her friend and hes shady too and will lie on you to get you wrote up or kicked out more ... hide ...
