The pros of Shadow Way Apartments include nice and clean units complete with appliances and also a fairly spacious layout The price is good staff is great and friendly theres free movie rentals at the office pool and hot tub and its a gated community Were super close to schools the freeway park and walking distance to a movie theater and stores The apartment buildings are also very nice appealing and they keep up the landscaping nicely Maintenance is quick and thorough Theres also a lot of community stuff like annual garage sales movie nights at the pool parties with raffles and other cool stuff Plus we dont have to pay water trash and sewage which is awesomennMy only complaint would be that theres not enough parking and there is no assigned parking Residents get parking permits for their cars but if you want a designated spot you have to pay for a carport or garage It doesnt seem like theres enough parking at all since some residents have more than one car So parking can get a little frustrating since its first come first serve for the free uncovered parking spots Also theres not a whole lot of visitors parking All in all though the pros outweigh the cons and I would definitely recommend Shadow Way more ... hide ...

Parked my car in future residents office parking for 20mins to sign papers in my unit came out and manager KELLY decided to tow my car out of the 2 other cars parked There she didnt even give me a courtesy call to move my vehicle would have moved it in a sec and I feel that shes turning this into a personal issue I have done nothing wrong as a tenant here fo 2018-02-13T02:25:49Z
Parked my car in future residents office parking for 20mins to sign papers in my unit came out and manager KELLY decided to tow my car out of the 2 other cars parked There she didnt even give me a courtesy call to move my vehicle would have moved it in a sec and I feel that shes turning this into a personal issue I have done nothing wrong as a tenant here for the past 2yrs that I lived here and not too mention that my car got broken into twice in the past 7 months and she refused to do anything about the situation she wouldnt even take the time to review the video footage from the parking garage to see who may have done it if I could Id put a 5 star Rating in a heart beat extrememly bad customer service both woman in the office are very rude more ... hide ...
