Grace was always professional and fixed most problems right away most of the time the same day A lot of tenants dont want to follow the rules of the building like letting their children play in the parking garage and in the planters especially in the elevators going up and down running up and down the stairs she was always making people that dont live here

Its unfortunate that the office is never open when the hours that its suppose to especially after 12 pm also the maintenance man is extremely nosey beyond tenant comfort and continues to do things thats beyond his limit
