False advertising They advertise free WIFI on their website as an amenity and have decided it is not a service to be provided anymore due to the age and amount of traffic on their existing network As most people know a singular network in an apartment complex with a variety of residents plus an office is not sustainable Instead of adjusting and installing another network they have decided to continue to offer free WIFi as an amenity on their website with no intention on doing sonThese are low income seniors living here that rely on this service for entertainment and information For over 3 weeks during the holidays the residents have been without WIFI and have been instructed to buy internet on their own in order to continue streaming and internet services They are looking to resolve this issue but went ahead and told residents to but their own internet AND have continued to advertise free WIFI on their website with the knowledge they are not actually providing free WIFI nor any sign of when the free WIFI will be returned as advertised on the website Dont trust more ... hide ...

I have stuck it out since the beginning and been through multiple managers Ms Laura is top notch compared to any other manager weve had here at Parkside Family Apartments She is the first manager to live on the property with the tenants she serves I personally have seen her walk our property before her shifts and after She had fought hard to keep the peace 2018-11-10T04:29:19Z
I have stuck it out since the beginning and been through multiple managers Ms Laura is top notch compared to any other manager weve had here at Parkside Family Apartments She is the first manager to live on the property with the tenants she serves I personally have seen her walk our property before her shifts and after She had fought hard to keep the peace and remove the transients She has weeded out a lot of the negligent tenants and I have definitely seen the changes that have come from that Ms Laura has also worked her butt off to fix the mess paperwork that she inherited when she arrived and is taking every measure to ensure progress for the future She is not afraid to confront and handle the stressful issues plaguing our communities Also she is available most days and professional about following up Lastly although I support Ms Franklin as the Parkside Family Apartments Manager I do agree it is a little unprofessional having a relatives bias opinion present on this community forum more ... hide ...
