Management was very nice I lived there almost a year and never had mager issues The residents do let their kids run around with no supervision There are bullies at the playground It could use some cleaning up of the residents I just stayed away from everyone and never had a problem No roaches rats or ants at all in my unit The electric was cheap and I had my
