one star is only because the grounds are nice and the building is cleannOtherwise this place would rate as a zero All of the staff stick together and that includes the service coordinator in fact she is worse than the management staff They are good to those who have lots of family around or seem to have access to money However they single out the most vulnerable to humiliate verbally assault threaten leave out harass evict and even block members of family from getting into apt when patient is in hospital they profile lie gossip make false accusations and charges to authorities they Enter apartments without notice put pets on the street if resident is in a hospital for more than a certain amount of time even if the resident has made arrangements for the pet to be taken care of They call medical facilities and lie about family members Oh and they retaliate relentlessly I could go on and on and on Horrific place more ... hide ...

Just went there to apply for senior housing But they didnt have anything available There was a waiting list to get in

There are sometimes parking issues but the manager is kindhearted and fair There are a lot of nice people who live there and it is very close to the mall as well as 3 other shopping centers several restaurants Also a good social coordinator on site and a good guy who maintains the grounds and handles most all repairs Very petfriendly
