BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER AND HER FAMILY LIVE HERE IN THESE APPARTMENTS IN A THREE BEDROOM ONE BATH ALSO THERE IS A PLAYGROUND ON PREMISES WITHIN EYESIGHT FOR HER CHILDREN TO PLAY AT WHICH THEY REALLY ENJOY AND GREEN GRASS AREA FOR THEM ALSO TO PLAY ON nTHE ONLY SETBACKS IS THEY LIVE UPSTAIRS AND ONLY ONE BATHROOM

Ive lived here for almost 5 years Its quiet I work full time have to wake up super early for work so the fact that the other tenants are quiet and respectful is awesome I keep to myself dont get in anyones business and no one gets in mine Love it here

I have friends who rent here and Ive only heard bad things Repair requests take forever if taken care of at all They try to shrug off the problems and delay them as long as possible I will avoid these apartments until management changes for the better

Ashley the complex manager at Stanford Court is a wonderful human being with a heart of gold She is very patient with the elderly and very organized and efficient Stanford Court is lucky to have such an exceptional woman working with them to support their residents
