I would love to give this apartment zero starts they are ridiculous filthy my girlfriend just moved here she havent even been here for a whole month and we are continuously getting bit up by bed bugs NO SHE didnt bring them because she havent even brought her stuff out of storage we tried contact the Management and the Corporate office to deal with this

6 years ago this place had grass and a beautiful atmosphere Today the gates are still broken for the second year in a row Local slum hang out here now drug central My friends unit has not been fummigated in 2 years they took 3 doors last year 3 years late and still have not replaced them The management is terrible Unreachable during business hours I find peo

6 years ago this place had grass and a beautiful atmosphere Today the gates are still broken for the second year in a row Local slum hang out here now drug central My friends unit has not been fummigated in 2 years they took 3 doors last year 3 years late and still have not replaced them The management is terrible Unreachable during business hours I find people in my apartment at least twice a year without announcing or posting a notice normally they inspect and list things they promise to repair including our refrigerator that is not working in over 1 month The tiles on the floors have huge gaps in them and my kids feet are cut because of it not to mention it is nearly impossible to clean out all of the gaps out We are not talking about grout This is linking tiles they left the gaps in due to improper instalation They promised to fix this all within the 1st week It has been nearly 5 years and still cant get basic tenant needs fixed The fixtures like the sink are terrible Chinese crap roaches no matter how clean you are because they dont fumigate until someone is evicted or such and then they just run away to the apartments that are being neglected I will be writing a formal letter to the proper authorities
