I moved in about a month ago and before i moved in i read the reviews and im glad i didnt listen to the bad ones because i love it here everybody i pass is nice and helpful and let me tell u the staff is AMAZING From the office staff to the maintenance and janitorial Its very clean and there is NO bugs its quiet and they made my move so easy I cant say enoug 2022-02-17T22:59:13Z

The office personnel is not very friendly Was in recently to apply for an apartment and was given very minimal information Was given the app to take home When I returned I was informed that the app needed to be signed in her presence Also was told to get a money order for both the credit report and holding fee only to come in and be told it should have b 2019-05-21T19:13:37Z
The office personnel is not very friendly Was in recently to apply for an apartment and was given very minimal information Was given the app to take home When I returned I was informed that the app needed to be signed in her presence Also was told to get a money order for both the credit report and holding fee only to come in and be told it should have been two separate money orders Best to get a cashiers check in case you are turned down In my case it was because I dont have any established credit and they will not tell you why you are turned down but will give you a number to call since it is very difficult to get a money order refunded All this would have been much better received it the person SS wasnt so stoic and impersonal Made the whole experience uncomfortable Just a word of caution to potential renters more ... hide ...
