I usually dont leave a review However i read some of the reviews that werent so good I was surprised Since i had the best experience when coming to ashford hieghts appartments First let me say the management and main manager in charge shawna is the most kind hearted caring person who really cares about people i was in a place for 8 years ended up being homeless for 8 months until metting shawna who went to every level quickly pushed to get me into a place getting me off the street sincenwaitlist are long I was hospitalized the last 2 days she called me and told me she had a place for me ready to move in not to worry and get better To date i have been off the street for 2 years She maintains the property has security and live on property maintenance who are fantastic I am blessed and thankful to have met her best decision I ever made to join Ashford Heights a place to call home and honored to be a resident If you want a good complex this is the place to go and someone that cares a good manager ask for Shawna more ... hide ...

I dont really like these apptmy niece and brother live therethey need to b a lil more cleaner and parents need to control their children better cuz they are always hanging up on new people that come to those appts And they break new peoples windows on their cars or motorhomes

We had a bad experience at this parking garage We first tried getting street parking and could not Downtown is always difficult We found this lot and thought better for us since one of us is handicapped The handicapped parking was full So we parked close to the elevator Had to walk to pay automated booth no person We walked back to elevator We waited and w 2017-01-23T00:01:03Z
We had a bad experience at this parking garage We first tried getting street parking and could not Downtown is always difficult We found this lot and thought better for us since one of us is handicapped The handicapped parking was full So we parked close to the elevator Had to walk to pay automated booth no person We walked back to elevator We waited and waited for the elevator It did not work We had no cell service down below I took the stairs up leaving handicap person below Pushed the buttons on the elevator in the lobby Still nothing I walked out to investigate area and where resturant was that we were to meet friends Then the double doors to the building locked so I could not go back to my mate Kind of panicked Taking a lot of time Thought about going down the block and up the parking ramp Tried making a cell call A couple that we had seen wandering around lost within the parking lot came out the lobby doors and I ran in Went back downstairs to my man We walked all the way down to the ramp to go up and walk out with him using a walking cane and me supporting his back Then when we returned to get the car we are locked out of building access still and have to enter by going up the parking lot ramp I got the car as my person waited out on the sidewalk I called the maintenance number listed here at the site to report this whole episode and waited for a return call No one has returned my call This could be a very dangerous place for people in general especially at night if you cant get in or out It took us at least a half hour to get out to go meet friends Not a fun time and was stressful more ... hide ...

I want to say every time the maintenance guys come and do work on my apartment they do an excellent job this apartment Ive lived here for over a year now and Ive had only but good things to say about it the new management shes been here for a while now has been only nice and professional the assistant management has a great smile and she does her work very w 2020-09-01T06:07:34Z
I want to say every time the maintenance guys come and do work on my apartment they do an excellent job this apartment Ive lived here for over a year now and Ive had only but good things to say about it the new management shes been here for a while now has been only nice and professional the assistant management has a great smile and she does her work very well you can only say there doing there jobs and doing them quite well if you want to live in a wellkept especially the maintenance its beautiful here the trees look like Tahoe or at least I think so every day and youre safe because its gated and all the neighbors are friendly and this is the place for you dont listen to anybody else the staff is nice and they do their job and they do it right so if youre looking for a place to live come live here at the Cascades Apartments I give it 4 stars Out of 5 I still live here and its been 3 years now and I want to say everything else that I said above is correct So if you want a great new apartment The Cascade is the one you want to rent from Its Now 5 stars out of 4 stars There is no where else better to live than here The Cascades apartments Everybody so friendly Come on be my neighbor I would love to meet you more ... hide ...
