I want to say I am so happy to be here I just moved in this past weekend The manager Kasey was so kind and helpful she represent the company with knowledge and understanding The grounds are very well kept Thank you Kasey Shane in maintenance for making it possible for me to get moved during the hottest day of the year

Worse place to live Management does not know how to do their job correctly completely disorganized and never listens to anything any of the residents tell them or asks them The only hard workers who ACTUALLY get work done are the maintenance guys And their gate is still broken after so many years they are too cheap to either buy a new one or fix it How are w 2020-01-24T11:58:38Z

People can sit here and talk trash about it They can complain of roaches and bed bugs The problem isnt the apartments its the people in them No theyre not bad or anything hell the apartments are considerably nice inside But people are the ones who dont take care of the roaches and bedbugs all they have to do is call the exterminator But the people there are 2020-08-19T22:10:14Z

I live here currently I have a cockroach infestation Obviously I am upset about that This review isnt to bash Rivercourt its a beautiful complex Very nice people live here Its the inaction of mangers Ive been dealing with infestation for 6 weeks and only one time did a sprayer come Holidays constitute the rest of week off There are 4 other complexes around h 2018-07-14T18:03:45Z
