I have lived here for 9 months and I plan to remain here until I can no longer live independently As soon as I arrived I knew that I was HOME The managers Bobbi and Ivanka and the maintenance team John and Mickey are so nice helpful and professional Maintenance requests are handled in a very timely manner The resident service and social coordinators Rosa and Maggie are also great and very helpful Thanks so much to all of younnMost of the residents have lived here for many years so there is a strong community My dog and I love walking here and in the many adjacent neighborhoods The studios are well designed to maximize the space I really like my studio especially the ample storage spaces and ceiling to floor glass windows It is so beautiful to look at the skyline at night from inside my apartment or from my balcony And all apartments and community areas are going to be completely renovated soonnnThe neighborhood is very walkable and conveniently located close to stores restaurants and medical offices Walk out the back door and there is a covered bus stop Cross the street and there is a senior center which also houses a DentiCal office It really is not necessary to own a vehicle I am so grateful to live here more ... hide ...

This place is run by very rude people the front room is so dark and depresing there is no heat or ac in the mail room the kitchen and ac in the sala are locked and theres no way to get into them and its so dark up there as well the chairs are not designed for older people to use they are very low it is very depressing knowing That these wonderful older men 2018-06-11T04:37:43Z
