Ive been living here for three years Best feature of apartment complex is its within walking distance of SDSU The complex has gone through three different managers and three maintenance personnel during the last two years The building structure has sublow quality acoustical separation between spacesyou can hear upstairs neighbors through ceilings The units above have uncarpeted vinyl flooring if you live downstairs you will hear your neighbors loud music TV yelling running stomping footfalls AND if you live upstairs you will hear your downstairs neighbor playing loud music yelling or tapping the ceiling with broomnOverall this place is ok for students but its not good for careerprofessional individuals who need to go early to bed because they have to wake up at 5 to go to work If you are lucky and live in one of the townhomes and sleep on your second floor then you dont get noise nuisance but you may be the one causing noise due to the cheaply made building structure more ... hide ...
