This apartment looks so lovely from the outside I can only imagine what the inside looks like I went online and sent a email to let Riverwalk know that I am interested in perhaps moving in which I did with numerous apartments but only Riverwalk called me back wirh information The staff member who called was nice very nice and informative 5 STARS FOR YOU

I currently live here It is NOT worth the price Seriously it is so ghetto here The kids run around crazy without any parental supervision The kids keep hopping the fence to get into the park without a key The pool keeps closing because kids keep vandalizing it People also bring in about 10 relatives to the pool and its gross youre only allowed two guests per

I currently live here It is NOT worth the price Seriously it is so ghetto here The kids run around crazy without any parental supervision The kids keep hopping the fence to get into the park without a key The pool keeps closing because kids keep vandalizing it People also bring in about 10 relatives to the pool and its gross youre only allowed two guests per household Theres graffiti on the walls the back cameras dont even work right Ive lived here for 7 years and when we first moved here it was a super big family community Now its just trash They dont evict anyone even if they are being super ghetto People do drugs on the street Parking isnt regulated so people own 5 cars and take up all the parking on the street in addition to their own spot Units are out dated and hardly get any sunlight Maintenance doesnt fix anything until months later Houses flood constantly and you arent reimbursed Little kids bully other kids so badly The kids here cuss rep gangs and run wild in the complex Even fightingnManagement doesnt bat an eye I kid you notnLets not forget there was a good 5 months we were without a manager so everyone had to renew their July leases this January because there was no manager Any manager we get leavesnnIts issue after issue I have a baby on the way and Im really worried about it being exposed to this ghettoness Unfortunately management wont do a thing about it I miss what this complex was when I first moved in here All families quiet community family friendly pool Its gone downhill since they just let anyone move in herennEdit I forgot to mention theres been black mold in our apartment for over a year and nobody has fixed it for us even after numerous reports

This place really went downhill after Jenny Davenport the previous property manager had to leave the building I had dreamed of living here as a kid crazy dream right as one of my now no longer childhood friends lived here The glitz and glamour of Downtown attracted me so much that I got a job in Hillcrest and was offered a unit at 1050 B YEARS after I had applied I got to observe the buildings and units conditions over 10 years before I moved in The drastic decline this building took as and after Jenny left was deeply saddening to mennChris the current property manager did address most of my concerns and was relatively responsive throughout my stay in the building However for the life of me I could never and will never understand how there are no available parking spots in the underground garages for the units OR working cameras down there I heard many stories from residents about item theft from their cars broken windows etcnnUpon move in on the very first night of moving things in I was greeted quite rudely by my neighbor in 611 He apparently didnt think that my Cox Cable employee friend should have been messing with the panel to get me internet on movein night The kitchen sink cabinet had significant water damage and wood rot in the lower corner and there was very clear rust pest droppings EVERYWHERE upon move in The layers and layers of dust and just overall nastiness of the unit was appallingnnI think aside from the parking the worst part about my stay at 1050 B started 6 months towards the end feb 2020 move out date of my residence The amount of roaches ants silverfish etc that were in my unit was REVOLTING I decided against having management come in the home to place roach gel because I was absolutely terrified of seeing the possibly hundreds of dead roach carcasses strewn through the unit The hot water all water in the unit became essentially unpressurized The water hammer from the shower got much louder and much more frequent The laundry rooms were hellaciously disgusting Roaches in the sinks and folding counters Washing machines with egregiously disgusting levels of standing water odors and poorly maintained sanitation systems Entire laundry rooms CLOSED to the 500 residents that live here due to the negligence of management and maintenance and never a fix in sightnnI had a studio apartment in East County that I was renting before I got the offer to be a resident at 1050 B and it was 100 more a month however if I could do it over again I probably wouldve just renewed my lease there and continued to live in peace Downtown San Diego has become a haven for tweakers heroin addicts and crackheads to run amok breaking into cars stealing personal belongings and picking fights with random people on the street The location of 1050 B is PRIME for this and I had to walk by it daily for almost 2 years Some things you just dont realize until you actually live it and the homelessness issue in the area is absolutely and unequivocally unacceptablennIts been almost 2 years since I lived at 1050 B and I just meant to search the place up and see how the reviews were looking in recent times It is quite unfortunate that this building has officially turned into a Fallout 3 Wasteland style habitation While the location is highly desireable for some reason unbeknownst to me after living in it and the rent is low due to it being a LITHC building 1050 B just isnt a place I would recommend most people to live anymore 10 years ago in its glory days sure Now not so much Do better Solari
