I applied for an affordable unit a few months ago and received a response pretty fast When I was notified about my unit I was asked to submit a background and credit check application However after submitting an application and choosing to tour the unitproperty I was immediately turned off by the broken front gate entrance filthy stairways and small apartmen

I applied for an affordable unit a few months ago and received a response pretty fast When I was notified about my unit I was asked to submit a background and credit check application However after submitting an application and choosing to tour the unitproperty I was immediately turned off by the broken front gate entrance filthy stairways and small apartment unit I decided not to move forward with this apartment and have not heard from management about a refund of my two applications that were submitted and never ran for a credit check AVOID THESE APARTMENTS as it appears the leasing agent is only concerned about getting people to sign a lease rather than refund them their money
