if i could rate regency centre apartments on home avenue in san diego less than poor i would management SUCKS they do nothing about the problems the complex is having if you have a problem in your unit be prepared to wait a month for it to be fixed they seem professional at first but in all reality only one of them is the other is lazy which happens to be the one always here people here are rude have dogs barking all the time and not even supposed to have dogs there is parking problems all the time we cannot call the tow company so if there is no parking goodluck parking on the street it smells like weed all the time they will say they are not roach infested when in all actuality they are they do not do a good job cleaning so if youre crazy and you do move here make sure you clean too everything is old and outdated besides a few untis and breaks easily people bump music early in the morning on the weekends and late at night monsun people are inconsiderate and rude yes the rooms are spacious but there is no air circulation and no kitchen windows not enough good to make up for the poor BEWARE stay far far away more ... hide ...

Excellent customer service Very nice gardens very clean area own parking lot and everything very central Bus stop Freeway 94 and close to 805 and San Diego Downtown Health Centers Elementary Schools and High School Fences Cox Cable and Shopping Centers and Market just around the corner
