Had a bad experience at 810 Eddy Street apartment managed by Brick and TimbernnI suspect most the reviews are fake since half of them are 5s and the other half are 1snnMain issue is the noise level I lived on the 5th floor so one would think it would not have been as big of an issue During the day and especially during the night you will hear people blasting music on the streets people arguing or yelling at night and the noise from the garbage trucks from 10pm to 6am The building has no noise insulation zero so I had to buy earplugs to try to make it better It kind of helped I also do not think Im particularly sensitive to noise since Ive lived next to a train before so it has to do with the neighborhood and the lack of noise insulation in the buildingnnAlso had multiple bad runins with the apartmentn couldnt connect with the apartment at the agreed upon time on movein date and had to wait 3 hrs outside in my uhaul just to get my keysn wasnt disclosed during the apartment tour that BT would be doing major renovations in the actual building the irony was that they only talked about construction winding down across the street This was nothing compared to what BT would start doing 3 weeks latern apartment was inconsiderate when giving notice of when they needed to do constructionn apartment walls shake vigorously when neighbors are doing their laundry almost as if a plane was flying above the building except that it lasts for an hourn took the apartment 5 months to clean the exterior windows from prior constructionnnThey did do some major renovations so it definitely looks better than before but its mostly surface more ... hide ...

Has a computer lab for seniors thats not used that much but the PCs and Internet are really fast considering the price free Lab also has a nice flat screen TV
