If you opt to leasing with this company do so with the understanding that managements competence is questionable Keep a very clear log of any service request and interaction with managementnnThey response fails to acknowledge the email thats been in their mailbox for several days theyve yet to respond to Why at this point would it be on me call their office so that they can restore my experience An office that actually do care about their residents wouldve done what they could to prevent someones perception from getting so bad to prompt a terrible review A good management company also wouldnt ask a disgruntled resident to follow up on their behalfnnFor all you who want a balance of great customer service and rent cost there are better options in the city especially at this time What you will get here is false sincerity and bad customer service for a couple hundred bucks off your monthly rent If you still feel like the deal will be worth it request to tour and sign your lease with Bonnie shes the only helpful person at the front office out of the 4 that work there
