I been visiting my mom on and off for the 10 yrs she has been a resident Mentally and physically unable to function without me becuase she is a manic depressive with bipolarShe is diabetic 69 years old who cant even get up out of bed without help She has gotton worse with time She was able to walk with a walker when we 1st moved in but now she uses electric wheel chairShe is easly confused and easly manipulated by the staff mainly the manger and the janitor who reports to her frequently like he is a spy or the security of this building in witch his inflated ego causes him to lie and be deceitful to make himself look goodHe is two faced acting like he is a person of integrity and trustworthy to keep your personal buisness to himself that mght be overheardoThey assume things that are arent even close to what they areThis place has charged us 2200 a month starting out at 1800 10yrs ago roughly 400000 is what they have accumulated while harassing me and my mother by assuming and lying over x agerating when i started to take notice that things werent werent adding up correctly and brought a note to the office and tried to make a request to notify the management in full detail on my moms behalf because my mom wasnt aware and not mentally stable enough to notice certain things any ordinary relatively normal person would eventually catch on tooI made police reports and documented certain things that she could not be able to be aware of given her diminishing mental cap abilitiesI been staying with her on and off for the 10 yrs she has been here sometimes i stay for a week and go back with my girlfriend to her place for a week and come back to moms for a day or twothen stay at my place for 3 days then go back to moms for 4 days then skip a day and come back for two or sometimes it would be a couple weeks beetween visits depending on her health and how she was feelingI would sometimes move in with a girlfriend and be at moms during the day and go back to my girls place after she got off work sometimes i would have a hotel for a couple monthes and stay there going back and forth beetween moms girlfriends and my room i always need time and privacy alone after a while to reflect and enjoy the recent activities by remembering them fresh in my mind Anyway This place has been harassing my mom and me by taking advantage of my moms mental incapacity and trying to get rid of me because Im not the loser the had judged me for because they hardly ever see me and when my mom 1st moved in she had only a bed and a desktop now she was nice furniture kitchen appliances nice high end electronicsNow their going through with trying to evict my mom who is 69 and lives on SSI who cant walk and cant take care of herself after 3 times of them giving us forms to fill out for I can stay here longer and take care of her they say they didnt get them back filled out witch theres two of them here filled out by doctors and they for the last 2 years been saying I was banned from the property because my mom let me use key to the gate and im not supposed to be living herebecause im not on the lease and they never got reasonable accomodation papersIf I was such a bad person why would they even give my mom the papers for me to stay here as a care provider two are filled out their taking advantage saying they never got them back because they know my mom wouldnt be able to remember and they changed the locks several times then last time my mom was in the hospital and they told me my mom called them and told them I had to leave and the maintenance guys showed up thinking I had left and were going to paint the closet door which had some erasable writings on it about certain times the neighbors wiggled the door handle and ran to their car which should be on cameraI have never had one negative encounter with any of the residents only the maintenance worker and the manager witch I was the not the aggressorI have only seen the manager lady like 5 times in 10 yrsShe documented all the harrassment in letters and 3 bluffs of eviction more ... hide ...

I was working at the property it needs alot work the company I work for is Human Good they will make it a really wonderful place to live It cant happen over night but it will happen takes a lot of planning and a lot of people that care I was glad to make some residents thats makes me happy too when are Management Company really gets goingThey just recently 2017-11-29T17:13:19Z
