I have lived here since 2012 and I had experienced tons of bad and good otherwise most people that work and live here have their own agendas I have since changed for the past couple years and appreciate the hard work of Anthony Thompson Manager of Dalt Hotel The Maintenance lead by Rey and rest of the team I gave 4 stars instead 5 stars due to lack of security especially in the weekend at night and loud noise outside in mason street Beside that I can totally understand the history of upper Tenderloin so I acknowledge and command the authority including police officers that try to control the epidemic of homelessness and I hope TNDC has protocol that stated the safety of residents live here in Dalt hotel I would like to thanks those people that help me to make this as my community and resources regarding free food every week for people and much more more ... hide ...

Graveyard 11pm to 8am Great place mostly seniors and no issues and the APM was very cool

We deliver meals here for the seniors and the staff is so rude they will not allow you to use restroom acting like we one of these unfortunates that hang out We are providing a great service to they residents and this is the treatment received what a shame
