Ive lived here for 2 years I looked at the old reviews and was shocked because its nothing like how it was back then I have never had anything broken into my car in the parking garage and theres times where I live my windows down the rooms are small but since they remodeled it it adds a lot of more space for 2 people before the remodeling it felt like a jail 2022-01-06T22:14:43Z
Ive lived here for 2 years I looked at the old reviews and was shocked because its nothing like how it was back then I have never had anything broken into my car in the parking garage and theres times where I live my windows down the rooms are small but since they remodeled it it adds a lot of more space for 2 people before the remodeling it felt like a jail cell The inside of the place is always dirty When i first moved in there was always a guy watching tv at 530am on full volume blasting for about 34 months Theres times where you cant leave the window open without having to hear loud stuff if you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor by trees you cant have the window open unless youre okay with bugs coming inside Everyone seems to know everyone elses business Ive never once felt unsafe here 90 of the people here are elders 40 years old Theres only like less than 5 people out of 150 that are under 30s 12 year waitlist Price is now 759 They had a really rude janitor but Im glad he got fired every time I needed a repair he said he couldnt do anything but with the new stuff its always fixed and they are friendly Theres never any parking for guest and if you let you in the garage theres a chance it can be towednnTLDR you get what you pay for great location by the plant everyone knows your business 95 who live here are 40 the new remodel makes this place a lot better with the gym and more space in the room this place can only hold 2 people it is not dangerous as it once was I feel 100 safe more ... hide ...
