I first became aware of the Raintree Apartments when I was looking online for affordable housing The price that they had in their ad was not correct It said affordable housing in their ad but they are not incomecontingent When I called their office number in the ad to make an appointment I was told nobody was available today to speak with me So I drove over

I first became aware of the Raintree Apartments when I was looking online for affordable housing The price that they had in their ad was not correct It said affordable housing in their ad but they are not incomecontingent When I called their office number in the ad to make an appointment I was told nobody was available today to speak with me So I drove over there cuz I was nearby to see if I could talk to someone live in the office The person spoke with was nice and surprised that their call center was telling people they werent in When I inquired about units available she told me she didnt know if there were any I asked if I could get it to her and see what the units look like and they told me they dont do tours and show people Apartments I asked her if she had a floor plan and I was told no I told her having been in the leasing business this was very odd to me oh so she got me to sit with the manager The manager told me their corporate office is the one that determines which unit you get so even if you like something you may not get that location if corporate decides otherwise after youre approved So I asked how long the approval process takes and was told that wasnt something she could tell me either This whole place seemed shadey from the beginning and I cant even imagine what it would be like to be a tenant in a place like this Not for me

Be aware of renting from this place Gina M Council the Property Manager Has a horrible Hospitality attitude If you have a question about something in apartment complex She gets hostile Even sending a email she will reply back saying that you are harassing hernnAlso for the ladies that are single and live alone please Beware of One the maintenance crew member

Worst apartments to live in there is no elevator for the third or second floornOnce you have a year there and you want to move out they wont return your deposit they will even charge the double more fore any little damage
