My grandmother has been a resident here for over 5 years At Girasol the residents have dealt with roof leaks since the property opened they are still experiencing the leaksThe manager has been here for 15 years and has done nothing to improve the property Is there any higher up manager I can speak too I have no issues with the other young lady that works he
