I recently moved here March 8 to be exact I thought this place was really beautiful for me to raise my twin boys there are a couple of things I can say about these apartments for one theres no assigned parking so if you come home anytime after 7 PM you might not find a park secondly if you have guess they must arrive before 2 PM for them to get a guest park

I recently moved here March 8 to be exact I thought this place was really beautiful for me to raise my twin boys there are a couple of things I can say about these apartments for one theres no assigned parking so if you come home anytime after 7 PM you might not find a park secondly if you have guess they must arrive before 2 PM for them to get a guest parking if not they car will be towed the first night I stayed here my mom spent the night with me to wake up the next morning with her car towed which I had to pay 330 that I didnt have like I said its Beautiful place to raise kids but for you or for anyone for that matter to pay over 2000 for rent and not have any parking oh and on top of that if you want a garage you have to pay 150 extra for people like me who are on fixed incomes make sure you get all the details about this appointment before you sign your papers I made a horrible mistake by not asking questions about parkingguest parking whatever the case maybe oh and theres no smoking on the property you have to walk completely across the street and off the property in order to smoke I like this place but I dont love it hope this helps for the future residence

The hallways and corridors front the apartments door are always dirty and no one wash the floor of the buildings and that is why i often see spiders webs ants or flies they just looks clean only in the photos of their website but not in real life also The ladies who work at the office are so rude every time i stop by the office i do not see both of them at t

The hallways and corridors front the apartments door are always dirty and no one wash the floor of the buildings and that is why i often see spiders webs ants or flies they just looks clean only in the photos of their website but not in real life also The ladies who work at the office are so rude every time i stop by the office i do not see both of them at their desk they even answer your questions in bad attitude as if they do not want you to ask any more questions no smiles no warm greeting so unprofessional and rudeness give you a feeling of not being welcomed at all i will not stop by this horrible office againquestions Thank you so much john R for your reply to my first review and for caring about my concerns i am not possibly have the wrong leasing office i know exactly where i live and the staff i came across was during the office normal hoursthank you again nAlso i didnt talk about facemask or if the staff is mindful of the social distance guideline or office appointments etc you brought it up for no reason i just hope you guys keep the area clean and use high pressure water or something to clean and also do some pest control frequently because honestly the whole complex look like abandonedbuildings Please it is so important to maintain the complex in good standard of hygiene especially with corona virus going on you guys just care only about facemask and guidelines i only see one lady that does the cleaning and few guys doing the maintenance services and they doing excellent job in responding to the tenants request and fix it but i also hope that you guys keep all my surrounding areas clean and address with the officestaff how to be friendly and help tenants with their questions in a good attitude and good manners with a smile and patience Thank you again for reading
