This place if fantastic if youre looking for lowincome housing The certification process is a little complex but it was worth itnnI know Minnie Street has had a bad reputation but Ive never had any issues or felt unsafe even getting home at 2AMnnThe manager Alva is kind and helpful she speaks Spanish as wellnnThe apartments are clean Although there are cockroaches outside and only ever at night Ive never had an issue with any inside the apartment They fumigate regularly anyway it can be a hassle to clear out your kitchen and cabinets but its worth knowing you wont have any bug infestationnnWeve needed some repairs but they get done pretty quicklynnYou always get notified in advance when theyre going to enter your apartment They do also do inspections regularly and the city does inspections as well because its low income housingnnThe only downsides I can think of are the parking spaces being a bit small parking for guests is hard to find and the laundromats have broken down several timesnnBut overall Ive loved living here almost two years now and Ive felt more at home than at any other apt complex Ive lived in The inside of my apartment is honestly so much bigger than I expected it to be considering the price when compared to the prices of literally everywhere else in California more ... hide ...

Very nice place apartments complex for seniors clean area the only problem its that this place is across for fire dept station and the noise its something you have to learn how to live with

My parents have been living there for 5 years the people from the office are disrespectful My parents live in the bottom floor and the neighbors from upstairs drill holes in the bathroom area ans my parents roof collapsed the office blamed it on my parents Then we have been asking for a parking spot for more than 2 years and all they do is say you are in a w 2021-05-31T20:39:44Z
