If you dont mind living in a place full of drug dealers welfare sucking idiots cops coming on a regular basis constant noise crappy management who doesnt take care of business then this is the place for you I lived there for many years My car was broken into several times as well as my guests cars The apartments were actually nice and cozy with nice patios so that was a plus Back in the 1990s 19931997 it was a decent place to live but it changed to Section 8 housing and really went down hill 20002009 The rent was cheap and it was close to my job but I was so happy to leave that place when moving day came Think twice before renting here if you do not want to be living in a hood type area more ... hide ...
