We moved into the complex in August 10 and a dryer one of three in our local laundry unit broke down and a note was immediately placed on the unit stating that the management knew the unit was broken and it would be repaired soon We are currently in Feb of 12 and the dryer is still broken which makes it hard to do laundry when there are three washers two dr 2012-02-03T01:38:28Z
We moved into the complex in August 10 and a dryer one of three in our local laundry unit broke down and a note was immediately placed on the unit stating that the management knew the unit was broken and it would be repaired soon We are currently in Feb of 12 and the dryer is still broken which makes it hard to do laundry when there are three washers two dryers and two full buildings fighting to do laundry Also the neighborhood is MISERABLE It is so unsafe to walk around during the day or the night There are break ins all over the area The gates blocking people out of the apartments are always left open or broken so anyone has access to your apartments front door The kids come around and pound on your doors making a raucous at all hours of the day or night The management knows about the issues and never does anything about it they know what goes on in the complex and they refuse to remedy the issues that people complain about I can NEVER open my blinds or the windows in fear that the kids will see what I have in my apartment and break in We have mold in our apartment we had roaches when we moved in and our neighbors deal drugs bringing more unfavorable people into the complex I know its low income but its NOT worth it There are more low income apartment complexes near by for the same monthly rent that are nice clean and in safer neighborhoods please consider those before this place more ... hide ...
