Ive been trying to locate the resident manager Ernestina for over a month we have not been able to locate her at any point in time Theres a sign on the door of her office that states business hours are btwn 8a5p closed btwn 121p for lunch Ive gone btwn 8a12p btwn 15p and I have yet to contact anyone in regards to vacancies requirements general information

Ive been trying to locate the resident manager Ernestina for over a month we have not been able to locate her at any point in time Theres a sign on the door of her office that states business hours are btwn 8a5p closed btwn 121p for lunch Ive gone btwn 8a12p btwn 15p and I have yet to contact anyone in regards to vacancies requirements general information I have also left multiple vm and have not received a courtesy call back to atleast give us general information on what is required to obtain residency at this location I spoke with her once that was only because I took an emergency phone number cell listed on the door she stated that she is ALWAYS there but has been on vacation for 2 wksshe indirectly called me a liar when I told her I havent been able to contact her or anyone for over a month I requested to speak with her supervisor she gave me a 714 for a Lupe lvm for Lupe she hasnt returned my callsnThese apartments are founded for lowincome people who are either disabledseniors if I cant get a call back for a simple matter could you imagine what the tenantsresidents have to go through Ernestina gave me the impression that shes is the type of manager that is only available when its time to collect rent or when her supervisor is there for an audit or what not This is completely unprofessional Taking advantage of your position as a manager will shortly come to an endit even happens to the bestnI hope this review helps the investment company to better select their staff whom theyve chosen to have representing them what their business outlook is
