Im a resident here and have been since they opened i wouldnt recommend this apartment I agree with the person below me a lot of mental disability out of control here I too have mental disabilities but I take daily medicine as needed to stop me from getting out of control sometimes Im inside my apartment at night and all I hear is banging on the walls and screaming its quite frightening to be honest the new manager is a bigger girl named Edith in my personal opinion the last woman was more fit for the property here and had a lot of these issues under control the new lady doesnt do much here and its impacted the building tremendously hopefully they get someone new soon and the issues get resolved I used to enjoy staying here everyone used to love and enjoy the events karaoke and good food its too bad they switched out that manager and now theres this lady shes not rude I wouldnt agree with those reviews but shes lazy and not very proactive with the residents I would 100 agree with she doesnt know what shes doing and doesnt like to confront the crazy people and fix the problems and the events are horrible now more ... hide ...

I lived there for about 6 years I would definitely say I enjoyed living there The newest manager Cassandra is awesome as well She makes sure things are always working properly she keeps the apartments looking lovely and if anything so happens to be wrong she does her ABSOLUTELY BEST to get it right for you The maintenance team there is great as well theyll 2020-09-02T16:41:15Z

Everythings more or less brand new Comes furnished with ALL appliances Fridge Stove dishwasher all in black granite counter tops beautiful dark but modern cabinets ie the idea looking type dark hardwood looking floors throught except bedrooms each room had a descent size closet an addition larger closet at entry way My unit is a 3bdrm 2 FULL baths which is definitely a PLUS matching cabinetscounter tops throughout my understanding is many of the units not only vary in size but in set up My unit for example is shaped like the capital letter F Bottom of F would be front foor entrance to the right 1ba 1bd across the hall 1bd middle of F on right hand side is fridge dishwasher sink then stove cabinets and drawers in between additional cabinets atop Top of F to the right would be my FULL bath with my bedroom across the hall did i mention that room has like 1214 ft ceilings LOOOOVVVEE Returning back to the F there is an additional line lets say extending the long main line to the F l which is where the livingroom with 12ft picture sliding glass doors exiting to your personal balcony All around its a pretty decent place to live DOWN SIDE NO WINDOWS ANYWHERE but back wall bcuz its entranceelevators are all within the building insuring tenants safety security and for me this is a loss BUT there isnt a linen closet or pantry and eventho the cabinet area is cute its not spacious enough for me anyways Leaving me to use the oven to store pots and pand 8 cabinets on top to share for food as well as dishes one larger 2door cabinet on bottom to the left of stove with 2drawers above it placed side by side as well as 3drawers to the right of the stove one atop the other with smaller double door to the right of those more for cleaning products storage not for food located beneath the sink which BTW has a garbage disposalWIN more ... hide ...
