This is supposed to be an elderly community but there are younger adult children of the elderly living with them that are not supposed to be there there are no cameras or security of any kind on the property there is only a manager on site three times a week you are not allowed to contact anyone after hours so if something happens after 5 pm you have to call

This is supposed to be an elderly community but there are younger adult children of the elderly living with them that are not supposed to be there there are no cameras or security of any kind on the property there is only a manager on site three times a week you are not allowed to contact anyone after hours so if something happens after 5 pm you have to call Buckingham which is the property management and Ive called several times with complaints and theyve done nothing There is a common room on both campuses with a TV and WiFi but you dont have access unless the manager is on duty There are drugs and alcohol abuse because of some of the tenants tenants children and visitors there are some real shady characters in the parking lots and if they are not looking into your car window they are arguing If all this isnt bad enough they are infested with spiders and Buckingham is aware of this but will still only send sprayers out twice a month The laundry room gets quite dirty for long periods of time and there are actual fist fights out at the smoking table Thats another thing these buildings are smokefree so we have to go out to the table or off the property to smoke The rent is supposed to be incomebased knobut Iw someone here whos monthly income is less than 1000 a month and she still pays just about 500 for a one bedroom I could go on and on especially about Buckingham and the management reading these other reviews has me shocked because four stars is a giant stretch of the truth I would definitely talk to other tenants and do my research before I put any of my elderly loved one in this place
