I ruled these apartments out of my search due to exorbitant pet fees Some of these are getting out of hand For two pets youd be adding 60 to the monthly rent Pet owners need to stand up to these fees I dont mind paying the deposit for pets but 60 a month extra Unreasonable

I finally got my peace and quiet good location very convenient for us seniors I have no complaints peaceful peaceful peaceful office staff very nice going on 3 months living here will be here forever

I had a wonderful experience living here for the past 4 years The apartment complex is maintained well by the staff and has a nice spacious feel with high ceilings I also love how the stove is gas because I like to cook a lot of different foods The location is in a newer part of Woodland so the vibe is really clean and nice there Shout out to Sherida and Jus 2020-07-08T18:27:08Z
I had a wonderful experience living here for the past 4 years The apartment complex is maintained well by the staff and has a nice spacious feel with high ceilings I also love how the stove is gas because I like to cook a lot of different foods The location is in a newer part of Woodland so the vibe is really clean and nice there Shout out to Sherida and Justin who are the main two front office staff They are really good people who are there to help you out and make your life easier They are kind understanding and are great at taking care of any problems that may arise They took really good care of my mother and I and we truly appreciate their hard work The maintenance workers are also very good at what they do They are always very polite and take care of my repairs in a timely manner I also enjoyed all of my neighbors there I love the diversity of the complex and everyone Ive gotten close with there are all great people I highly recommend this apartment complex Especially if you are new to Woodland The staff there is wonderful location is great and there is also a lovely plaza that is close by that is very new and clean more ... hide ...
