EDITnSo they knew about the drains not working which is why it flooded 4 weeks ago They just redid the baseboards and replaced half of my roommates drywall about 34 days ago They didnt even finish replacing the carpet from the first flood yet They didnt do anything about the drains and guess what it flooded again and this time worse This time both rooms were pure puddles I cant wait to move out This has been absolutely horrificnnI would give 0 if possible We have an apt thats below ground level and two drains on either side of our porch and patio Each drain is plugged and it flooded our entire apt They have a pump already in one drain from a previous back up We have at least 12 inch of water throughout our whole place But its not just this issue We moved in 5 months ago and our majority of our move in issues have still not been fixed after calling and placing multiple maintenance requests more ... hide ...
