My experience with Josh the new manager was great I lived here for 1 year plus and I love it this is a luxury apartment that is very spacious the indoor pool sauna party space are what I always look for in an apartment also there is enough packing space for everyone even if you come back late at night you will always get a spot to pack your vehicle not to m 2022-07-09T01:44:37Z

Management was excellent Karen has bumped my rating from what would be a 3star to a 4star She went above and beyond to assist with whatever we needed always responding very promptly to emails even walking us personally to the mailbox when we couldnt figure out which one was ours and providing personal recommendations to future landlords when we left Maintena 2022-05-07T16:30:16Z
Management was excellent Karen has bumped my rating from what would be a 3star to a 4star She went above and beyond to assist with whatever we needed always responding very promptly to emails even walking us personally to the mailbox when we couldnt figure out which one was ours and providing personal recommendations to future landlords when we left Maintenance also did their very best and came three times within a day of our maintenance request to try to deal with the mice problemsnWhich leads me to why I cant give a 5star review our building was absolutely infested with mice and needed a very deep purge poisonlaying and possibly more cleanly tenants overall Again not managements fault they did their best but the problem persisted I saw at least one mouse daily in various parts of the apartment no matter how many we caught in traps It was horrific and unsafenSecondly the rent became astronomical even considering the housing market We left and got a MUCH nicer 2bed 2bath balcony private yard townhouse for 200 PER MONTH LESS than we were going to be charged if we renewed our lease at the Knolls for our basementfeeling 2bed 1bath The electric heating also made utility bills very expensive in winternParking was also difficult to find as there were always more cars than spotsnALL THAT BEING SAID we really enjoyed the little gym and once again we appreciated the very responsive management who did the best they could for the 6 months we lived at the Knolls more ... hide ...

Things have been back and forth but management has changed a few times and some things were just priority All and all they have worked with me through this whole situation the world was in and I am happy to still be here This is a nice community and feels like a small town
