I like living here at The Residence at Franklin Park There are many activities and events through out the year sponsored by either management or Residence Outreach like dances every Saturday coffee hour potlucks garage sales different reps from the community come and speak about the services they have that would benefit us and more Now I dont like since the 2021-10-10T14:52:51Z
I like living here at The Residence at Franklin Park There are many activities and events through out the year sponsored by either management or Residence Outreach like dances every Saturday coffee hour potlucks garage sales different reps from the community come and speak about the services they have that would benefit us and more Now I dont like since the Pandemic we have had an increase in pest problems but management is helping to get that under control This is the first apartment building Ive lived at where almost all tenants know each other and are friendly Giving 4 out of 5 with two thumbs up more ... hide ...

Phoenix on the Fax is my forever home Its comfortable with forced airheat its spacious and warm There is a new property manager here Betsey who is like a breath of fresh air Always a smile warm and welcoming and cares about and seems to enjoy getting to know the residents here A great conversation and a sweet treat are yours on a visit to her office She has 2022-02-17T14:23:01Z
Phoenix on the Fax is my forever home Its comfortable with forced airheat its spacious and warm There is a new property manager here Betsey who is like a breath of fresh air Always a smile warm and welcoming and cares about and seems to enjoy getting to know the residents here A great conversation and a sweet treat are yours on a visit to her office She has the ability to communicate her constructive concerns without seeming like a hard ball However I sense she would be all buisiness if her concerns were not met A review for Phoenix on the Fax would not be complete without praise for the maintanence at the property Paul the primary maintanence staffer is highly professional and down to buisness If he cant fix your problem right away he will tell you when he will and it will be professionally and efficiently done Very friendly and approachable Paul is a delight to run into in a common area and while working in your apartment The neighborhood it sets in is pedestrian freindly with blocks and blocks of cute cozy homes and cottages on either side of ColfaxThe downside is that its right on Colfax avenue and its reputation lives true about a half mile east of the property You have significant traffic noise if the apartment is on the south side of the building right on colfax The upside to its location is that its central to the greater Denver area and its suburbs and the rents are far below market value The kitchen doesnt have enough storage space and could have been planned better Overall Phoenix on the Fax is my home I dont plant to leave anytime soon more ... hide ...

We moved Mom into this lovely community in South East DenvernnIts so cool Mom is right next to the Lightrail that takes her and her friends Downtown Denver to all the terrific cultural events And the Highline Canal walking path is really close King Soopers Sprouts the Library movies and a bunch of restaurants are like less than a mile away Walking around the 2015-10-23T01:04:48Z
