My boyfriend and I moved here from Texas and have been residents for almost a year now We absolutely love it here The location is great for us and the price is very reasonable compared to other places in the area The office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful They made the move in process so easy I also LOVE their transparency and honest about certain units Maintenance is always on top of requests and will likely fix things the following day They have cleaners come almost every morning I have never once seen a mess in the building The building is also very secure I have never once seen any random homeless people wandering through the building We do have to share the laundry facility with other residents and on occasion have had our clothes removed from dryers even tho they were not left in very long Sometimes residents can be loud in the hallways late at night These are probably the main issues we have had but they arent bad enough that it would make me want to live elsewhere We are now in the process of transferring units and will definitely be residents here for awhile more ... hide ...

Lived here for a 6 month lease The apartments themselves are very decent and large for the price Another perk is that these are some of the most recently built units in the area We had a third floor 22 which was very spacious 1000 sq ft and quiet The gas fireplace and large covered patio were nice touches although we came to find that running the fireplace SIGNIFCANTLY increased our monthly utility bill They kept the apartment complex fairly clean and responded to maintenance issues efficiently The only downsides to living at South Oneida are the lack of amenities the gym was a joke and dealing with the incompetent officemanagement personnel They pretty much dropped the ball every step of the way from being late providing the documentation for the lease not responding to several requests in a timely manner and taking over 2 months to respond when we expressed interest in extending our lease The office managerowners rep was particularly cold and rude Also the unit was quite filthy when we moved in We ended up leaving because of these issues with the management and also due to them raising the rent 100 after only 6 months of living there while rents were going down at many other complexes in the area It just wasnt worth it to stay I would say for the price they are asking for these units now there are better options in the area with better amenities and hopefully more competent office staff more ... hide ...

Apartments and spacious and well taken care of The property is well maintained cleaned up and landscaping is looking great I cant complain about anything Everything is going well so far
