I moved from out of state to Denver I had been in contact with the lady in charge of income based since November of 2021 after moving to Denver in December of 2021 I immediately reached out to the lady to touch bases and let her know I was local She then let me know of a few things I had to do before she could basically move me to the top of the waiting l 2022-03-04T00:37:28Z
I moved from out of state to Denver I had been in contact with the lady in charge of income based since November of 2021 after moving to Denver in December of 2021 I immediately reached out to the lady to touch bases and let her know I was local She then let me know of a few things I had to do before she could basically move me to the top of the waiting list After getting the paperwork I went ahead and set up an appointment to come in and finish the application I left basically being told I had to wait for my application to get approved by the manager A week goes by and I dont hear anything so I decide to touch bases She told me she didnt have an update but not to worry she had my back and was going to bat for me Another week goes by and she sends me an email with a rejection letter THAT DOESNT EVEN HAVE A REASON I touch bases with her and she basically was nonchalant saying she doesnt know but cant help me and to have a nice day no other options given or nothing Mind you these past 2 months she has basically been telling me I was a month away from moving in As a person dealing with income based and low income you would expect her to be able to offer other complexes or other housing opportunities or places you can call or go to But no just a good luck and have a nice day more ... hide ...
