We have lived here over a year Ive been waiting to write this review so I can give a true review instead of waiting for a couple of months The first month we lived here not going to lie it was stressful There was a letter we received from some very upset resident We expected the worst from that Everything was broken the garage door and pretty much a whole lot in our apartment because the old Maintenance persons were Not doing their jobs From the dishwasher needing to be replaced to our fridge and even our garbage disposal However even through this the office staff Carla was on point with everything When something was broken we would get it fixed in 24h When Ladonna came thats when everything changed for the better Carla was always happy before and enjoyed seeing us as residents however you could tell with her just by herself it was a lot of stress still she handled it well Ladonna came and started helping Carla with the property by start making sure the property was cleaner it was safer fixing the garage door helping the issues that were going on with the propertyetc I have grown to ADORE where I live for the very first time in a LONG time my husband and I along with our daughter will be staying here for as long as possible until we purchase our homennI gave them 5 stars because even though we had issues when we first moved in the property is getting older so it makes sense every single time something happened we were taken care of the ladies of the office are incredibly wonderful even the traveling manager and they truly make you feel at home herennThank you to 1601 Colorado Apartments We are proud to call you home more ... hide ...

Its not as dangerous in that area as it used to be You can see the effects of gentrification which is depressing Instead of preserving the beauty and history of the area its been changed into something cold and detached

Worst management ever Theyre very good and sending rent reminder emails but cant answer the phone or give you a call back ever Im still waiting for a call back Ive been waiting to hear from Glenda almost 4 months now I have a balance why cause and Glenda never did her job nor her staff to give me a call back I would have sign off my apartment a long time ag 2021-05-28T01:10:51Z
