To much drama goes on on Management is never on site and very hard to get a hold of Groundskeeper claims and tells everyone he is part of Management Ive been here for 8 months have had bed bug issues since renting the apartment Cant even completely move in because of this Has radiant heat which costs a fortune to run Would not have moved in in the first plac

Clermont Park understands how difficult transitioning from a residential home to an independent living community can be for a senior Heather Hennessee was patient attentive and welcoming when we moved our aunt into the community in February Residents seem genuinely kind and caring about their fellow neighbors the inside of the community is clean and pleasant and the grounds are well maintained Individual apartments have the basic necessities and the operations staff tries to respond in a timely manner when things are not working properly or needs fixing The size of the independent living community is not so large that a resident can get lost in the shuffle nor too small I feel that the community can provide a safe and caring place for the rest of my aunts journey
