1st yr Our Grass looks like we live in the Slums We had an excellent Grass Company service that would Ariat fertilized cut and trim every year We no longer have them The grass and weeds are overgrown and not been cut this year They raised our rent 60 per month this yr Manage said next yr their will be another price increase even higher Thats a hundred fort

Ive been on waiting last st 3 years never called me for up date I live in The housing authority in sterling took me 3 months Im disabled now so Im doing ok I dont like sterling but rents great
