I moved in and out within a month I would give zero stars if I could I was given an apartment that had a previous tenant smoke in it long term I was never told and there is no way they didnt know It was remodeled so the strong paint fumes covered up the smell for about 2 days I immediately and in writing voiced my concerns and asked them to come asses

I moved in and out within a month I would give zero stars if I could I was given an apartment that had a previous tenant smoke in it long term I was never told and there is no way they didnt know It was remodeled so the strong paint fumes covered up the smell for about 2 days I immediately and in writing voiced my concerns and asked them to come assessnnThey ignored my requests to come see it and only offered to bring in an air cleaner that would do nothing to get the soot and smoke out of the walls where it had saturated for probably years They told me the apartment was non smoking and was always non smoking There is no way they didnt know It is disgustingnnWhen I moved out within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee due to the smell the smell stayed in my belongings and now 100 of my clothes are unwearable and my furniture stinks too They said it would take 4560 days to refund my over payment for June even though I left within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee period and its a simple overpayment refund DespicablennThe assistant property assistant manager is rude unprofessional and non responsive I have only seen the property manager once when I applied Dont know where she has been since the APM does not do their job nor do they respond when there is a problem I am left with possessions that are utterly ruined and asked them no less than four times to come assess the situation and provide a solution I also asked for a number to contact upper management regarding this and was ignored I would very much like corporate to reach out to me to discuss how to restore my belongings to their previous condition and what they knew how the previous tenant left the place and did not inform me so that I can make an informed decision about moving in as Im sure they fined the previous tenant for smoking in the apartment and leaving it in a damaged state

My fianc and I moved to the Lennox about a week ago and our move in experience has been beyond anything we have ever experiencednnWe moved into a 1 bedroom Classic unit so it is outdated but we knew this going in Despite the apartment unit itself being older the community makes up for it entirely The public areas are beautifully kept and have so many great amenitiesnnManagement has also gone above and beyond our expectations from the very first day I contacted this complex After weeks of trying to contact multiple other apartments I reached out to The Lennox and they answered their phone immediately EVEN ON A SATURDAY Danielle has been so sweet and helpful with the leasing and move in process Upon move in there were a few minor issues with the unit and when brought up to management not only did they submit our service request and have maintenance resolve the issues within a couple of hours but they also bought us lunch of our choice to compensate for the inconveniencennMaintenance was incredible and fixed the issue in a timely manner After the issues were fixed maintenance then asked if there was anything else they wanted us to look instead of rushing out to the next jobnnEveryone has been so sweet accommodating and really know what they are doing The first week of living here has been truly unlike anything I have ever experienced in an apartment complex and I am so grateful for that

Ive lived in this apartment complex for over six years It is a good place to live The manager Jan is wonderful and so are the maintenance techs They can fix anything The apartments are wellmaintained and I like the layout Jan cares about each of us and goes above and beyond to get done what needs to be done She is friendly and yet is professionalnI have had

Ive lived in this apartment complex for over six years It is a good place to live The manager Jan is wonderful and so are the maintenance techs They can fix anything The apartments are wellmaintained and I like the layout Jan cares about each of us and goes above and beyond to get done what needs to be done She is friendly and yet is professionalnI have had some maintenance issues in the five years including a refrigerator that went out but those things would happen if I owned a home as well The difference is that they fix these things at no charge and I am gratefulnTrash water and sewer are included in the rent at no additional charge The apartments seem to be well insulated as opposed to other apartments I have lived in that are not Snow removal is well done There is a doggie park a playground and lots of sweet folks as neighbors I have lived in a three bedroom two bedroom and one bedroom Having previously been a homeowner I appreciate the services and the care that goes into this place
