I have been talking to the people quite a lot in the leasing office and asking many questions about the apartment I am interested in Not once did any of them get frustrated with any single question I asked No matter how minute the question was Always very friendly and helpful I am definitely looking forward to living at the Crisman Apartments

Worst place ever people were in cliques the staff doesnt help with nothing there are alot of people with mental health problems and they do not have no one there to help them there were people coming in my apartment unannounced when I was naked in bed even when I would leave they inspect your apartment every 3 months if you are or not there the hallways smel 2019-06-26T18:34:55Z
Worst place ever people were in cliques the staff doesnt help with nothing there are alot of people with mental health problems and they do not have no one there to help them there were people coming in my apartment unannounced when I was naked in bed even when I would leave they inspect your apartment every 3 months if you are or not there the hallways smell like piss I had mice when I 1st moved in they didnt do nothing its always police and ambulance there for the crazy people or drug addicts my neighbors were smoking meth the smoke came up to my bedroom one day when I was sleeping woke up and threw up and also people that smoke crack and also alcoholics when I moved in I was told that I would get my section 8 that was a lie I had to ask for a different voucher I can still go anywhere but it was hell getting that they kept raising my rent up and everyone else in my group rent was not getting raised up a couple of people from my group that I came with had left like 3 people they couldnt do it they didnt help me with my deposit like they said theu said I didnt qualify and Im on disability the office talk about people and so were the security guards we couldnt say nothing bad about the place or we were going to get evicted there I said it more ... hide ...

What a wonderful place to live We are very happy to call this place home These apartments are gorgeous energy efficient and within walking distance to just about everything needed The staff here as a whole have gone above and beyond to accommodate our family The front office staff and management have truly exceeded our expectations and handle all issues with the utmost professionalism Kristin and Sarah are the best management duo Highland Property Management Inc can employ But the true gratification should be awarded to the phenomenal maintenance team This maintenance team is like no other personable punctual and professional These gentlemen are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way for the residents that reside here This is our first apartment where we enjoy having maintenance over for routine checks With new apartment complexes it is expected to have some issues with the functionality of some appliances or plumbing or even other residents but this team at Centennial Park Apartments handles everything efficiently It is no wonder there is a wait list The only downfall to these apartments is the banning of grills Thankfully there is a large community grill that the staff keeps clean and well maintained And did I mention they love fur babies which is a huge plus Thank you Centennial Park Apartments for making sure our family is happy and safe in our home more ... hide ...

I like living here staff is great Unfortunately the walls are paper thin thats the biggest downsidennPool just got refurbished on site laundry nice clubhouse for parties playground exercise equipment and a indoor 24hr hot tub round out the extrasnnI wish the pool was open more days of the year but its nice to have it when it is open

The absolute worse building The elevator breaks every month and recently it broke for 4 days worked for 3 days and now broke again Manager takes days off during the week and assistant said this time elevator will be broken for 3 more daysif you believe that

Horrible management Unable to get repairs done on my apartment Broken door locks garbage disposal and stove and mice just to name a few Ive complained several times over the last two months And Its been one excuse after another One time she even said it was because of my dog I dont own a dog Nobody deserves to be treated like this
