I cannot honestly say that I recognize these 5 star ratings for this community The staff is mostly friendly but the condition of the apartments are not in my opinion what I would consider as luxury I have lived here for about a year and a half When I moved in my apartment looked as if it had never been cleaned since the last time someone lived there my carpe 2022-06-29T21:38:47Z
I cannot honestly say that I recognize these 5 star ratings for this community The staff is mostly friendly but the condition of the apartments are not in my opinion what I would consider as luxury I have lived here for about a year and a half When I moved in my apartment looked as if it had never been cleaned since the last time someone lived there my carpet was filthy and the kitchen cabinet paint is so cheap it comes right off with the smallest wipe Every time I have a maintenance issue I have to call multiple times because the maintenance orders dont get put in Honestly the only great employees here are the maintenance men Very friendly Since I have lived here the gates have never consistently worked and there is always police here Not the worst place to live for sure but its also not as great as some of the other residents have made it seem Glad they had a better experience more ... hide ...

Just moved into our apartment about a week ago and I LOVE it here Carmen Kevin and Chris were all fantastic Carmen gave us a tour of our apartment Kevin helped us out moving our move in date out when a family emergency came up and Chris assisted us on move in day They all did fantastic and made sure we were happy before and after signing our lease Our apartm 2022-03-07T02:18:05Z

Seems like they continue to go through staff Every time there is an issue we are talking to someone completely different And when i say issues here are a small list of the many problems this place has Plumbing Dishwasher laundry rooms constantly closed and in maintenance mold ants roaches they cant even get people in here to line the tub to the wall correctly carpet not fully installed When I went to move into to my two bedroom they say they told me i could get my keys we showed up and they said it wasnt done yet Mind you i signed the lease for it 3 weeks prior and they told me they would have it ready 3 WEEKS We tell them we need them we had everything in moving trucks like When we finally get the keys the apartment is trashed half done at minimum And dont get me started on how much rent actually is after everythings said and done I over pay for literally nothing When my lease is up im out And who ever Erin is at the office she is terrible to get any information from she cuts you off and makes things out to be the people who live heres fault Maybe they should focus on hiring people who actually give a damn about there job more ... hide ...
